An automotive OEM operating across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar ran marketing, inventory, customer insights, and pricing as four separate reports. We designed the dashboard that makes them answer each other's questions: how stock availability moves conversion, how customer satisfaction drives referral leads, and when a competitor launch should trigger a pricing response.
Behind it: a live OEM-to-dealer integration that updates inventory within five minutes of any dealer transaction — replacing hourly batch exports — and an AI Decision Prompts Engine that recommends when to run a campaign, how many units to order, and how to respond to a new model year. Every recommendation is approved by a human before action.
